• final cleaning fee 55 € per stay
• to acquire the prices above a stay of 4 nights and more required, the 3rd and 4th person pay 15€/day each additionaly on the 2 people price
• a cash, refundable, security deposit of 150 € is payable on arrival
• to fill up the gaps between the bookings, we take shorter stays – 1 night stay 150 euros, 2 nights stay 110 euros per night

I stayed in the apartment for 11 days in July 2015 with my family. Partner and two kids (10 and 13). We enjoyed the time in Rovinj and the apartment was a fantastic base in the middle of the lovely picturesque town. The communication with the agency worked perfectly, and it was easy to follow their practical instructions, how to find the place, parking etc. We also got good advice on getting around the area. Generally the apartment worked really well, and it it obvious that the owners have put a lot of care into it.
Improvements that we could suggest: It was a very warm July (30-38 degrees C) and the aircon on the top floor wasn’t really working much downstairs.Upstairs it was okay. Aircon in the lower part of the apartment would make a big difference. The agency delivered a fan that helped a little, but it was still very warm.
The kids slept on the sleeping couch in the living room. It worked out, but a larger bed would have been better. Ideally the apartment is for 3 persons. The agency told us that the bed was only 120 cm, but since our kids are not that old, we thought it was okay.
Paying for the stay was very old-style. First we had to pay a deposit through a bank transfer, and the remaining amount we had to pay in a bank in Rovinj. I would much prefer to pay online by credit card etc. instead of spending holiday time waiting in a bank.

Arrived in Rovinj on a sunny late May afternoon. Followed the brilliant directions provided by Elim agency. Walked up the lovely street filled with amazing art/craft shops came to an unspectacular green door which we opened, arrived in dark steep narrow staircase. Then…….opened door to a beautiful spotlessly clean character apartment.
The owners have great taste in decor and it is the best equipped apartment we have ever used i.e. beach towels/mats/snorkel/beach shoes I could go on…..
Set on two levels, downstairs kitchen, shower room, dining area. Upstairs large bedroom with amazing views from windows plus a small balcony area.
This apartment is very central and most things to visit see etc. are within 10 mins walk. Don’t forget to visit the amazing restaurant Tipicco next door and great pizza place opposite.
Not for people with mobility issues but otherwise this place is the business. Thanks for an amazing holiday in probably the most beautiful street in the most beautiful town in Croatia.

The apparent was perfect, great location, clean and comfortable. Out of each window there was a fantastic view of the beautiful old town. Will defiantly be going back.

Located in the Main Street of the old town, this apartment had everything we needed. Clean, plenty of room and walking distance to everywhere. Nice views across the buildings and to the water. Having a washing machine was a great convenience. Would definitely recommend this place and the agency we rented from.

This beautiful apartment is right in the old town of Rovinj.You have to walk up the street a little passing lovely little shops and gallerys. Going up to the apartment you have to be a bit careful with the steps. The views from the Apartment are fantastic, i was awake for the sunrise and loved the night views from up there. On the top you have your bed-living room and its very nice. I can very much recommend this place. Had a great time:)

The stairs are a bit of a pain, steep in places. I know the agency offers help with suitcases etc but you still have to climb the stairs every day to get back in to the apartment. Having said all that i would certainly recommend the apartment and would have no hesitation in staying there again.First Class.

We loved this apartment and would recommend it to all our friends. It is situated of a cobbled stone walk way which might be a bit steep for some, also you have to climb up some stairs to reach it, but it meant that we had beautiful views. One side over some roof tops you can see the ocean and the other side the church.
Samantha from the agency was very helpful throughout. She also booked us a taxi from the airport to Rovinj which made our travel there very easy and cheaper then if we would have booked it ourselves.
The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and has everything you need.
The only thing to point out that the shower can go to extremely hot very quickly and if you accidently bump into the heat control when showering you can easily scold yourself. Maybe a warning sign on the temperature control or a thermostat which doesn’t go over a certain temperature might be an idea.

The apartment was perfect for two people; very stylish and well-appointed, and with everything we could possibly need. The views across the city and the bay were truly spectacular. It was high up — up a lot of stairs — but if you don’t mind that, you’ll find it perfect. We would certainly stay there again. Also out contact with the owner’s mother — and the owner by phone — was excellent; they seemed like really nice people.

We came from Venice with the fast ferry on a bad weather day and the sea was very, very rough… So it was a rather bad start in our holiday and we were relieved to finally arrive in Rovinj.
But as we walked from the port up the alleyways of the beautiful old town to Elim’s office, where we got the keys, and even more as we entered the apartment, we were sure to have a really nice time in Rovinj.
Because the apartment is located at the center of the grisia street, it takes you only 4 minutes to walk down to the port, 2 minutes up to the church and 20 seconds to sergio’s pizzeria (best pizza in Istria!). You can’t park your car in the old town, but you won’t need a car at all, because even the beaches at zlatni rt (highly recommended) are reachable in a 30 minutes walk. Or take a ferry to the islands (we saw dolphins!) or go to the monte beach in the old town. Or rent a bike (e.g. at bike planet) and ride through olive trees and wine fields in the countryside. Or just walk through rovinj (did it every evening for hours). Plenty of possibilities.
From the bedroom upstairs you have a very nice view over the red roofs of the old town and down to the port.
The apartment was very clean with lovely interiors, probably renovated not long ago. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We felt so comfortable in there that we managed to go for dinner only once in 2 weeks, cause everytime we considered trying out a restaurant, we ended up rather cooking and eating ‘at home’ (really felt like this).
Linen and towels were provided and changed after a week. The washing machine was very useful, too – one suitcase less to carry.
It was really a perfect holiday. We’d love to come back.

The place was reccomended by a friend, good call. The place was newly redone, very nice and clean. The upstairs bedroom was beautiful and had great views of the city. Nice kitchen and bathroom, and good location in the middle of town. Really enjoyed the stay. The only down side would be the slightly funky steps on the way up to the place, otherwise great.
